Yesterday, Enviromin re-treated at Chico Hot Springs in Pray Montana. We spent time learning about each other’s leadership and communication styles, how to have difficult conversations, and how to optimize our systems. Of course we also enjoyed the amazing amenities at Chico… with a delicious (and rowdy!) dinner, topped off with a soak in the springs.
