Enviromin “picked up the tab” and used our skillful teamwork to plate, serve, bus, wash, and clean at the Fork and Spoon, Montana’s first and only pay-what-you-can restaurant. The night created connections within the community and within our team, and the incredible scratch meal with local ingredients filled us up in many ways. We are grateful for Hannah’s evening leadership, time together, and the meaningful social enterprise serving our community.
